At Upshift Online, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
